My health and diet
I have been vegan for over 10 years, I have lost 80 pounds. I eat an omnivorous diet, I eat lots of fruits and veggies. I eat a diet of raw, organic, whole foods. I don't eat any processed foods (including some processed foods I am not familiar with). I have tried a variety of supplements and the most popular ones are the ones that are a bit expensive.
My body is very strong and has been since the age of 20. My muscles are large, strong, powerful and flexible. My weight is somewhere in between a normal size and a size a person like me could be. There are some people who are overweight and obese, but I am not one of them. I am not a bodybuilder, I have no goal to be muscular. I am a person who can do everything in life and not let the others, be it family, friends, or even colleagues, hinder me in doing my work. I am a good listener, and am really easy to get along with.
